Location, location and location!!!

Pros: The hotel has an excellent – truly excellent – location, which is the key advantage for sightseeing. The staff were very polite, friendly, and always helpful. Considering the great location and the overall value for money, this is definitely the hotel I will choose again on my next visit.

Peaceful, quiet place in the heart of the busiest city of the world, gem

Pros: Location is amazing at the same time super quiet and the heating system is really good u never get cold at your room - cleaning and reception staff are friendly

Cons: Would be nice if there’s a kettle and daily bottle of water allowance. The windows opens quite difficulty

Perfect location, fairly priced junior suite, amazing restaurant.

Pros: The staff was very kind. I was in a difficulté situation since the person with me was hospitalized as we got in the city and had to call 911. The staff was extremely helpful and supporti e and helped Me throughout the stay. Thank you very much for everything Anna!

Clean, comfortable, well-located hotel!

Pros: The location was perfect for us. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping was accommodating with extra towels and assisting with the sofa bed. Both the room and bathroom were clean.

Cons: The carpet in our room was dingy looking, appeared old and in need of replacement. Also, the windows were drafty although the shades when pulled down provided a slight barrier.
