Pros: The purpose of this trip is to attend a concert. This hotel has an excellent location, just a short 10-minute walk from the Prudential Center. You can leave your luggage with the front desk for safekeeping in advance.

Cons: One of the elevators in the lobby was out of order, and there were also a lot of people, so we had to spend too much time waiting in line for the elevator.

Overall very good experience!

Pros: Proximity to New York and the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel back to the airport.

Cons: I wasn't aware that you can smoke marijuana in the room nowadays. Could smell it all through the hallway. And woke up in the morning time with a headache because it was lingering to our room...
