Pros: The location is excellent and the staff were very helpful

Cons: As we are irish we love our cup of tea. A kettle would be nice but that is incidental.

Pros: Very good location and the room was amazing and up to date. You couldn.t ask for a better location that this one and the facilities were very good.

Cons: The cleaning has to be improved. Smells of w33d in the entire hotel. Fun fact: you can not smoke on the balcony of the bar, but everything smells like w33d :)) A lot of homeless people in the area so you couldn.t go outside the hotel to smoke a cig without beeing harrased.

Great staff in a super location with a rooftop bar that is wel worth the visit

Pros: Location and high quality staff throughout the hotel including the roof top facility, Attico which like other Cambria hotels, is not part of the same organisation.

Cons: Only the inop main entrance revolving door, that for a car to room transfer with small bags, was unhelpful

Pros: We really liked the location of this hotel! We're a family of four and only stayed for one night, so we didn't have a lot of time to explore. We also didn't eat breakfast. It was definitely comfortable enough for two adults and two kids to spend the night.

Cons: At 11:03 PM, we were asked to check out or extend our stay. This occurred very infrequently, and it was not the most pleasant experience. Hotels typically do not bother guests, but in this instance they reminded us it was time to check out. To be honest, we were already ready and stood at the door to retrieve our shoes.

The best customer service I’ve ever received! Great location! Amazing stay!

Pros: The location was great, the room was clean and for a great price but the highlight was the staff, Jose especially was excellent and it was some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Thank you!

Cons: The tv in the room wast the best picture but other than that, everything was perfect!
