A great location!

Pros: Good sized room with a great view from corner window.

Cons: The room could have been cleaner, on the whole, with many surfaces appearing dusty.

Pros: The hotel is at great location, rooms are clean and spacious, night view is amazing, love the bathroom design. Very nice bar and fancy cocktails

Cons: We booked the room including breakfast, and this is the first ever hotel that asked for extra payment from us when checking out, because they only give USD60 (for 4 person) towards the breakfast, which is nowhere written in the booking, and never explained when we checked in. This was terribly handled both from the hotel and booking, we are still fighting to get our money back, hopefully this will get sorted out soon

Amazing hotel in a great location. The room had a bit too many techy arrangements.

Pros: The hotel is in a great location in the city centre, close to all the attractions, shops and subway stations. It's a modern hotel with all the facilities you need. All the staff were amazing and so friendly, and we particularly enjoyed interacting with the bar staff who were especially welcoming. The room was a great size with a huge bed and TV and the bathroom was spacious and had all the space you need.

Cons: The lighting in the bedroom was set up with electronic push buttons for different settings and we struggled with to find a way of selecting the right mode, unless it was all off or all on. Also the air con in the room was either quiet and freezing cold or alternated between a pleasant temperature and a really loud fan right over the bed. A more simple arrangement might have been better.

Luxury feeling rooms in an amazing location with a great pool!

Pros: The location of the hotel is great for downtown and walkable to most places. The room was amazing and extremely comfortable and spacious with an incredible view of the city. It was really quiet and the staff were very approachable and friendly. The pool was great!

Cons: It would be nice to have breakfast included and more gluten free options available. The wifi was a bit patchy and the gym was quite limited.

Pros: Location was excellent. Counter staff was very helpful - signed me up as Marriott Bonvoy member so that I can get complementary wifi. The gym is nicely equipped and the pool is nice.

More appearance than true quality - many missed opportunities to excel

Pros: The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotels interior design is elegant and appealing. The room was spacious with a beautifu skyline view. The beds were very cosy. The outdoor pool was heated. Although we had warm sunny weather, it was great for swimming (especially in the morning).

Cons: The furniture (i. e. wardrobe) was of low quality. Some areas were not well maintained (i. e. lounge seats at the swimming pool). Wifi and breakfast were not included although the rate by night was comparetively high. The table, I was placed at for breakfast was not properly cleaned and showed stains. The employees although friendly seemed sometimes demotivated and lacked professional appearance. Compared to other hotels, the W hotel in Philadelphia misses plenty of \

Pros: The staff was friendly and engaging. The place was clean and nice. I loved the view and the room style.

Cons: The drinks were pricey but it is center city.

Pros: The aesthetic was so beautiful. They use green a lot, which is my favorite color. Overall this hotel is very luxurious.

Cons: The lobby was really busy, and I didn’t get to enjoy the pool.

Pros: Central location, all new, modern design, awesome views, serene business center at the 3rd floor

Nice hotel

Pros: A chic, trendy & nice hotel - clean and comfortable (beds and bed linen was lovely) Robes in the room were nice Good gym

Cons: Had to pay $13 a day for wifi, which is pretty unforgivable given this is not a cheap hotel The pool area was very small and the pool water was too hot!!!! Not refreshing in a hot day!
