I have always enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is evening nicer with the upgrades and changes.

Pros: Nice size room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed & pillows. The nespresso machine was a nice bonus. Room service choices and delivery was great.

Cons: Two days in the WiFi stopped working and even though I called down and was told a ticket was made to have it looked into. Nothing came of it. Never got the WiFi back and never heard from anyone. Luckily I had finished running my company’s payroll the first day I arrive.

Very nice place for a family stay and a great location

Pros: How spacious the suite was and how comfortable the bed was

Cons: If your going for a busy weekend , be mindful there is only 2 elevators

We really like hotel and will be happy to return.

Pros: The location was great and the hotel was beautiful. Received complimentary drinks at the bar upstairs with check in and the kids got free cookie vouchers from a local bakery at check in.

Cons: Booking.com indicated a certain price with taxes and fees. When we arrived at the hotel we were charged $35 more and the hotel held an additional $150 for incidentals which we were unaware of via booking.com.

Pros: Beautiful wooedwork inside and decor reminded me of a fine, older city hotel.

Cons: Restaurant and bar were small but food was very good

Pros: Very clean. Very friendly staff hotel was beautiful.

Cons: I liked everything about the property. However, we were not told about a $35 destination fee once checking in so I was charged more for my room than anticipated.
