Superb large bright clean rooms and bathrooms excellent location wonderful staff

Pros: Beautiful building and modern fresh decor throughout. Great room service. Amazing staff and all requests and questions dealt with right away and to complete satisfaction. Location is fantastic with so many shops and food and drink options on the doorstep. Short taxi drive to train stations.

Cons: Only thing I can mention is air con in reception and lobby lounge doesn’t seem very powerful. But this is minor, it’s literally the only thing I can think to write as a slight negative.

Nice experience

Pros: The overall experience was great! Awesome location, walking distance to other restaurants, shopping stores etc. The cleanliness could have been better. I wore all black sweats upon my arrival and sat on the couch to watch TV, and as soon as I got up, I noticed a nice amount of animal hair on my pants. The center table in the sitting area looked to have dog food on it. The bathroom shower head had grime on it. Appeared white and brown. The bathroom sink stopper was jamed down. When running water, there was no release.

Pros: Happy hour at the hotel, room was big and beautiful

Pros: Wow, what a location. Tons of restaurants, bars, shops, culture just around the corner. Spacious room with beautiful view of the city. Breakfast with plenty of options.

Cons: Toilet did not flush so I had to manually fix that by doing things that you should not be doing in a luxury boutique hotel. Was fixed the next day.

Mostly good. Lobby happy hour with wine and popcorn from 5 to 6 pm every day was a bonus.

Pros: I always put up a Do Not Disturb sign when I travel alone. The cleaning staff sent me texts asking if I wanted services, so it was nice of them to check.

Cons: Breakfast: I paid to have it included and I received vouchers for the mornings I was there. Those vouchers are good to cover anything up to $17 on the menu, but cost $25 each to include each day. Then, the menu option that was promoted on the voucher included two eggs any style, toast, potatoes, meat, and coffee. I wanted three scrambled eggs and a fruit cup - no toast, potatoes or meat. The waitress the first morning gave me grief for ordering something different. The waiter on mornings 2 and 3 said I could have anything worth up to $17 on the menu so didn't object to my order, but then he forgot to bring cream with the coffee. He circled back once (after someone else brought cream) and then disappeared. He never circled back on the third morning. I gave all the tips I would have given to the wait staff to the hostess on the third morning.

Pros: Staff was amazing, the valet service was stupid crazy trying to park and get the car sometime however the guys working the valet were always amazing.

Cons: There was construction going on right next door that had the water turned off almost 24 hours. No shower or flushing the toilet. Pricing seem a little high Elevators were noise and scared me slightly every thing we got the them..

Pros: Great location. Very good breakfast. Lovely staff.

Pros: Staff was amazing! Views from our room fantastic (especially the evening). Location to many stores ,restaurant’s ,etc.. convenient valet Parking . Clean room. Social hour, movie & snacks a bonus. Definitely would stay again
