Australia 🇦🇺

Pros: Staff were extremely helpful and friendly up on checkin/checkout. The room was lovely and the hotel was very clean and cute. Location was in a good place near City Hall. Was a walk to the liberty Bell and old historic area. Loved the voucher for a complimentary drink. Building felt very secure and safe.

Cons: Got little confused leaving and trying to locate a taxi however the valet ended up being called to help us.

Dorian, he was amazing on Concierge, he was the first person we saw and summed up our stay, Fab!

Pros: The location was fantastic, the staff were great, the rooms was spacious and clean, we liked the complimentary coffee machine, valet parking was worth it..

Cons: MMM, nothing that I can think of... Nope really scratching my head on that one still nothing, please make the red line turn to a green line.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location.

Pros: Nice big room, Fantastic location, elegant common spaces.

Cons: Weirdly tiny shower/ tub.

Pros: Rooms were beautiful location was perfect city centre. Bit noisy but ok Restaurant could be better fine for breakfast but not dinner.

Cons: Restaurant could do better menu for dinner.

Very nice stay overall

Pros: The rooms were spacious and the decor was very nice. The front office staff was courteous and helped us check in easily.

Cons: The restaurent closed at 10pm and we had arrived at the hotel only after 9pm. We had no clue about options for dinner. Some basis room service options would have been great even if the restaurent closes at 10pm.

Pros: Comfortable beds and room. dorian was awesome - helping us when we checked in. He went out of his way to make sure we were settled in to our room after a bit of a mix up when we got there
