Friendly, helpful staff, excellent breakfast and great location

Pros: The breakfast was excellent and included cooked oats with toppings like cranberries, coconut and pumpkin seeds. Also included fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs (boiled and scrambled), waffles, bread, bagels, tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

Cons: It’s a pity there was no safe in the room but the staff offered that I leave my laptop with them.

Enjoy close proximity to City Hall

Pros: Our room had a great view of City Hall. Free breakfast added value to the stay, despite plastic cutlery and paper plates.

Cons: Water pressure was poor during our 3 night stay and hot water almost out on one morning. Room was only cleaned once.

Good location and good experience.

Pros: Was expensive but we had city view, high floor as requested.Was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was comprehensive and delicious. Location was very good, could walk to everywhere of interest. City view ,lit at night ,will stay with me forever.
