Not great.

Pros: The location was very good and was easy to walk around to the interesting points around the city. The veiw out across the river and of the bridge was great. The room was comfortable and room service was good,

Cons: The breakfast food and service was aweful. Not much choice at all and nothing fresh. There was no more butter and when asked first was told by staff that there was no more butter. Asked someone else and he bought out a bowl full of butters. One morning got told we had to wait 20 minutes for a table to have breakfast as there was no tables available. Thre were plenty of available tables, they had juat not been cleared from previous guests. Very dissapointing.

A pleasant stay in a great location

Pros: An exceptional location with a room that is comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. A diverse selection of dishes for breakfast, determined service is an incentive for a good start to the day, and after a full day's work, great relaxation in the pool.

Cons: I'm sorry that the sauna was not working.

Checked out before my time!

Pros: The location overlooking the river. The comfort of the room. The food

Cons: The hotel was great until my penultimate day. I returned about 6pm to the hotel. I went to see if the coffee bar was open and on my way there i passed a parked porter's trolley. I noticed a ladies top the same as one of mine and then a dress the same as one of mine, a more thorough look made me realise that everything on the trolley was mine. I met one of the porters at this point and he confirmed that the house staff thought I was checking out and so had packed and removed all of my belongings from my room! So strangers had touched and packed all my belongings and left them in a lobby!! if I was checking out why would I leave everything behind? I spoke to the duty manager who checked my booking and confirmed that I had paid until Monday and was appalled at what had happened, both she and the porter had never seen this done before. she agreed that it was all very strange and even when I was leaving on Monday said she was still trying to work out what had gone wrong. My ear buds were missing but I was told that I could not be compensated for them without a police report. That was something I did not have time to do as I was flying out to London that afternoon. I had 20 dollars put on my account and my glass of wine paid for and was given a number of Hilton honour points equivalent, I think, to a one night stay. however, the chances of me staying in a Hilton hotel again are pretty slim. I think to be fair, that was everything the manager was able to do. I would like an explanation as to why this happened. It left me feeling pretty uncomfortable and vulnerable and took the shine off what had been a really nice stay. I think I should be compensated for the loss of my ear buds and for my wasted time in having to unpack, check and repack my belongings and also for the anxiety that this unnecessary event caused due to someone's incompetence.

Pros: nice view to the waterfront and spacious rooms. clean hotel as all hilton hotels

Cons: the price for one night stay was very high, like in manhatan. also room service tried to barge in at least 3 times during before we checked out which seems unnecessary because we were about to empty the room soon.

Nice Hotel, great location

Pros: Nice Hotel, location is great for getting around Philadelphia, a subway stop is 10 mins walk away but walking into Center City takes 20-30 minutes and we did that most days, The pool was very nice and rooms were clean and tidy. Would recommend staying here but be aware of fees not stated on booking (see the negative part section)

Cons: Had issues with payment and cost, although Booking.com states $100 damages fee to be taken and returned upon check out, it is actually $100 PER NIGHT, we stayed 8 nights so the original bill was a lot higher then anticipated and left us with less spending money then expected so be weary of the fees and budget for them. Other than that the hotel was good
