Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable mattress, room cleaned every day, walkable to key midtown locations
Cons: The bed cover was too thin so u was cold at night. Heating the entire room to compensate was suffocating since the windows were difficult (almost impossible) to open.

Great location and apartments, great size and clean
Pros: Great location apartments with kitchen amazing size and all fully kitted for your needs .
Cons: Sadly, very noisy as near to fire station /police station. Could really do with some better double glazing. Definitely the city that never sleeps.

Cons: Reception area seemed a little pokey for such a big hotel.

Very good stay!
Pros: We loved the location. Walkable distance to all the important landmarks in New York. The room was very spacious and the beds very comfy.
Cons: We were surprised the hotel did not have a bar or a restaurant to grub some late dinner/snack.

Pros: Very good location, close to Grand Central, 5th Avenue, Rockefellar Center and Times Square. We stayed in a spacious studio with a kitchen. We were a bit surprised by the facility fee of 200 USD for 4 nights, that we had to pay when we checked in, but apart from that we were happy.

4night family break to NYC and the 50 Sonesta provided a great base to explore this amazing city.
Pros: Fantastic location, friendly staff and well equipped rooms
Cons: The internal corridors outside the room were slightly tired and need redecorating

We sincerely thank the entire team for their hospitality
Pros: The room was clean, quiet, beautifully prepared, and the beds were incredibly comfortable after long days of discovering the city. The hotel is perfectly located, close to everything, yet peaceful enough to rest and recharge. We also really appreciated the professionalism and kindness of the team throughout our stay. It made a big difference and turned our trip into an even more memorable experience. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit to New York. Highly recommended!
Cons: The only small hiccup we encountered was with the laundry machines: the welcome pack mentioned we could use them, but they wouldn’t accept our French Visa or Mastercard, nor cash. However, the staff were incredibly kind and immediately helped us find a solution, which turned a potential inconvenience into a positive experience. Their professionalism and willingness to assist made a real difference

Pros: Rooms were very nice and large. Yes you will want to cry a little at the prices and in any other city €550 would get you a 5* legacy hotel but for NYC midtown the value is reflected in room size and location.
Cons: THE BREAKFAST - Stale, tasteless and inedible. The McDonald’s McMuffin next door is tastier and fresher. The coffee was like battery acid and I am not a fussy coffee drinker. The pastries were like something you’d at the 99c store on sale, dry and stale tasting. Absolute garbage. The eggs were clearly powdered out of a box and caused stomach upset. It is NOT THAT HARD to serve a basic breakfast. Hostels do it all the time on the tightest of profit margins. This breakfast shouldn’t be fed to humans, it’s so gross. The vermin in the subway would turn their nose up on it. Also tidy up the meeting room, it felt like the break room in a busy police station.
