Excellent stay.

Pros: Large room With good view over the city. They kept our luggage on the next day . Convenient We stayed only one night but could happily stay more.

Cons: Breakfast service could be quicker. But the food was worth waiting.

Pros: Great location. Facilities good. Room had lots of sockets in the right place. Generally clean. Room and bathroom good size for the entry level room.

Cons: Room had no overhead bright lights. Coffee machine not cleaned out.

Pros: The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the location was great!!

Cons: More lighting in the rooms would be good!! It was a little dark.

Pros: Great location, right in downtown. Staff were very kind and nice.

Cons: The soundproofing isn’t strong, and I could hear the toilet being flushed, along with conversations next door. Not the hotels fault; but it isn’t convenient.

Pros: Very clean, comfortable and proximity to convention center for Encore Showdown event. Also great breakfast and hospitality!

Cons: Valet pricey but service of valet team was excellent!

I would only stay at the hotel. when I return for a visit or museums.

Pros: The room was clean; the Front Desk was polite and responsive. Tanya who waited on us for all our breakfasts, was so nice, and made our eating experience excellent.
