Pros: The staff, the room, the location and the view, everything was perfect.

Pros: The NY Waterway Ferry was right outside (1min walk) which was the quickest way (and one of the cheapest options) in and out of NYC. The bus route which was about 5min walk away was also another great way to enter NYC taking you further into the heart of it than the Ferry. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful with info about surroundings and travelling around via transport. Facilities were spotless and everything was in working order. Would recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay a stones throw away from NYC.

Cons: Parking was near impossible, even the garage that sits below on the lower levels were full and had to opt for another garage a few minutes walk away. Prices for parking are outrageous on days that have \

Pros: excellent hotel with a very convenient location near the pier from which it is easy to get to New York or anywhere. when I was looking for a hotel I paid attention to the reviews and they were not very good, it feels like it's a lie. I really liked everything, the breakfast is super cool, be sure to take it. the room is clean and with good furniture and overall comfortable.

Pros: Great location, right in front of the ferry boat terminal , the view is amazing, the rooms are big and clean and the kitchen has everything you need. The staff from the reception desk is very friendly .

Cons: The sofa from the room is very bad, not comfortable at all, very thin and old . The breakfast is ok only at opening time , but if you go a little late, like 45 minutes before closing you cannot find much , they don’t refill anything …

Pros: Clean, great daily room housekeeping, spacious, fold out couch was comfortable, portacot available, breakfast was basic but delicious (staff had offered for my mum to bring breakfast up to me when I was looking after the kids - very kind!), great location, safe

Cons: A flashing light emitting from our smoke alarms every 4 - 6 seconds… not sure if this is a standard American hotel blip, but geez it was not ideal. I asked the front desk about it who sent an engineer up when we were out (supposedly), but there was no change

Cons: -No window to open in the room for fresh air.For third person was no window and no fresh air in the room also. -Kitchen : There was no kettle in the kitchen. - Breakfast : Poor..Nearly every day the same sandwiches in the restaurant.One day also no eggs.I asked the service woman in the restaurant and she answered she is sorry but they didn't have enough eggs for the guests at hotel..I think only if the hotel can give better breakfast it will be good And plastic plates forks knifes and spoons are not nice for a famous Residence Hotel like Marriott (advice) We didn't like that.Except these everything was perfect.. Pros: Breakfast was great lots of choice, location of hotel to new york is great, only 20 minutes away with excellent public transport nearby. Would highly recommend for family stay.

Pros: Very nice and clean hotel. Nice and helpful staff. Excellent location. I especially liked that my room was ready early in the morning when I arrived at the hotel.
