Pros: Very good location, very close to Times Square, Central Park and all the things u need to visit in NY. Standard also was pretty good.

Best stay in NYC

Pros: We had the most incredible experience from check-in to check-out. The staff were amazing. Our view was superb. And there's not a more central but NYC feeling location in the city! Loved this stay and will be back!

Cons: Honestly, apart from a little upgrade being needed like a fresh lick of paint in the rooms, maybe a mini fridge. I liked the whole experience.

Would stay again for sure. Staff friendly. Clean.

Pros: It was fairly central when you leave turn right then right when you get to the road and walk straight up to Times Square the walk is approx 10 min

Cons: The heating the heating pad sometimes worked and then other times didn’t. I tried to call reception to get it fixed but no one answered. I could have asked when leaving to go sight seeing but I ended up just sucking it up but it wasn’t easy to get it work.
