Hilton Club West 57th Street New York

We will return to the Hilton Club at W57

Pros: It was a clean and big room for NY standards. The bed, pillows and comforter were very comfortable, the bathroom was roomy and modern, with a big vanity and sink. There were new water bottles every day, the coffee supplies were always replenished. The bathrobes were delicious and fluffy. They received our delivery packages without fuss and no added cost. Reception was always gracious and helpful.

Cons: The only drawback was that I wish the hotel had a cafeteria or restaurant on the premises. Although there are tons of places to eat around the area. something curious: On the night we arrived the guy on the reception desk told us if we wanted our room cleaned we needed to call every day and ask for it expressly. I even asked him if it cost extra... he said no. The next day before going out I called housekeeping let them know we wanted maid service, and he was totally suprised, he said there would be maid service every day without asking for it. He was very surprised and asked who told me I had to call every day for service. it was just a small miscomunication. everything was perfect, we will return. We loved the location. We have stayed in hotels all over midtown, and we love this location the best.

Wonderful first stay in New York in a fantastic hotel

Pros: Fantastic location, two streets away from Central Park but walking distance to most sights.

Pros: The room was huge for NYC, it was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were great. The location was superb, you couldn’t ask for better in New York. The full city is accessible via the local subway which is roughly a 3 minute walk away. Central Park is a 5-10 minute walk away too.

Cons: No complains. You will struggle to find a better hotel (location & comfort wise) for the price in NYC.

Pros: Location is absolutely ideal - close to Central Park and times square and there's a subway within 100 yards Staff could not have been more helpful and the rooms are more than big enough

Cons: Nothing to do with the hotel but the UN Summit was on when we visited which lead to alot of roads around the hotel being closed and alot of police sirens going off from around 3:30 onwards

A perfectly located and comfortable stay in the centre of NYC

Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The central location was perfect - right near a subway station, which made getting around the city super easy, and just a short walk to Central Park. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and fit for purpose. No complaints at all, everything was just right.

Cons: There wasn’t really anything to dislike, though as a younger couple we found Midtown, while central, not the most exciting neighbourhood to stay in compared to other parts of the city.

Wonderful hotel in amazing location

Pros: The staff were so friendly and helpful. Ovie and his team at the door were so kind and we just lived chatting to them. The reception staff were polite and professional.

Cons: Nothing, everything met our expectation

Pros: The staff really went out of their way to help us, my kid had a performance in the city, and the room service surprised us with wine and card for encouragement when we came back to the room! What a friendly gesture! The lobby staff and doorman were also extremely helpful and friendly! The room was clean and neat as well.

Pros: The staff were friendly. The room was lovely and quiet. The location was excellent to visit Central Park, 5th Ave and many other attractions.

Amazing, courteous, and the location is where you want to stay in NYC

Pros: The property was beautiful and the room was spacious. The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful with any questions as a guest would from out of town would have regarding recommendations for dining and entertainment. It was truly amazing and we loved every minute of our trip!!!!
