Hotel Indigo NYC Financial District by IHG

Pros: The hotel is at the south tip of Manhattan, meaning that it takes 30-40 mins by metro to places like Central Park. But the hotel is close to 3 different metro lines and most places can be easily reached. The room was rather small (as they often are in New York) but felt new and stylish. The bed was comfortable.

Cons: The noise insulation towards the hallway could have been a touch better and the ventilation was rather noisy.

Pros: The accommodation met all my expectations. I travel a lot and really appreciate clean rooms, great mattresses, and very cozy furnishings in both the room and bathroom. I didn't miss anything and have no complaints. The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean and tidy every day. The hotel's location is excellent, with three metro stations a stone's throw away, one across the street and the other two a block away (1 minute on foot), allowing you to get anywhere you need to go.

Pros: Friendly staff , very clean room clean towels and bedding even though only stayed 3 nights a very quiet hotel so slept really well

Cons: Paper cups for coffee and room where the bed was a little small

Pros: Great stay at Hotel Indigo in Manhattan! Everything was clean and new, the room had everything I needed, and the breakfast was really good. A perfect, comfortable place to stay!

Pros: Perfect location, close to several subway stations. The beds were super comfortable, and the room offered great views of the neighborhood and the Trinity Church. It was cleaned daily and had that true NYC vibe with a touch of luxury. The area felt very safe, with plenty of local amenities and popular spots nearby.

Cons: Check-in experience needs improvement. The hotel hadn’t realized we had prepaid our reservation 10 days before arrival, so they charged a security deposit for the first night without reason. Although the staff made efforts to rectify the issue, the money was still held temporarily and the confusion caused unnecessary stress at the start of our stay.
