Great location and value for money

Pros: I loved my stay here! Its great value for money considering the rates are similar to hotels in the edge of queens but its located in the heard of the downtown financial district. Room was cozy, but super clean, and had a kitchenette and balcony too. Friendly staff at the front desk and there is a vending machine in the lobby too. Great proximity to subway stations and bus stops and walking distance frkm the Westfield mall. There is even a 7-Eleven like a 100 feet away. I wanted a relatively cheap but decent hotel and it turned out better than I expected so would recommend it for sure!

Pros: Location is amazing with the subway out the front door

Cons: Did not like that we were told we could leave our bags but when we arrived had to pay a lot extra for early check in which we did not want. Took our bags up and went to the bathroom and did not return until 5:30pm so early check in was unnecessary even though we arrived around 10 am It had kitchenette but no plates or detergent or sponge so was pointless having it. No tea towel. Should have a check list so guests or cleaners can mark off what is still there and what is not Shower tiles need a good scrub with orange scum very evident.

Pros: Hotel is quite new, king room was spacious, nicely looking with big fridge, Mw, 3 tables, 3 chairs and lot of storage spaces for clothes. Location is excellent and quiet, no traffic noice, just next to hotel is subway \

Cons: For price you pay it was OK, and we would return but: Cleanness can be an issue, it was so so. We saw cleaning guys every day but they probably were not ever trained how to clean... for example if you have high carpet in the room, after every checkout vacuuming of carpet must be done, but we never saw cleaning guy with vacuum cleaner... but saw on carpet many old parts of food or even nails... better will be to remove carpets completely... the same problem was with fridge not be cleaned inside... but bed and bathroom were clean. Rooms facing indoor patio suffer from another building big aircon outside fans noice... There is no coffee or tea or at least small bottle of water provided on arrival, no cups, no cutlery... this was in every other hotel in US, but not here, coffee is only downstairs in lobby. We were charged extra 4% on arrival, as card payment surcharge, even it was not anywhere written or mentioned and card companies never ask more than 1,5%... it looked like scam... if hotel really needs to add for this extra money, they should include it to basic rate, I cannot imagine that people today are paying in cash for hotel if price per night is about 200US...

This place deserves better ratings!

Pros: This place is entirely underrated. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is wonderful! Many subway lines are within walking distance, and several nearby places to eat deliciously and affordably. Our room was equipped with dishes, a hairdryer, and an iron. Not quite sure why many people complain about this. We also enjoyed the balcony and the view from our window, which is quite a rarity for a 3-star hotel. It was quiet enough, no traffic noise, and we found the bed and pillows very comfortable for sleeping. If you find the air conditioner noisy, simply change the airflow mode. I’ve been to many 3-star hotels, and this one was a very pleasant surprise. We will definitely stay here again!

Kann man weiterempfehlen

Pros: großes gemütliches Bett (Kingsize), Heizung, sehr gute Ausstattung, haben ohne Probleme eine zweite Decke bekommen, Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, Check-In hat reibungslos funktioniert, alles super. Es gibt einen Getränkeautomaten aber auch einen 7-Eleven in der Nähe.

Cons: der Betonboden ist gewöhnungsbedürftig und schief, im Bad war es immer kalt, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau

Pros: que estuviera tan cerca del extremo sur de la isla y la cercania al subterrneo

Cons: el personal que te recibe en la puerta (que parecian de origen hindu) no estaban nada aseados

Pros: location and convenience of kitchenet. bathroom is nice

Cons: no utensils to eat (diahes, glases, etc)

It was a location I like very much.subway being so close was a big plus.

Pros: Location was great. Staff were very nice and efficient.

Cons: I would have liked room service to be more consistent. Sometimes they were there late at night or not at all.

Pros: I like the property because they have all the materials inside
