Pros: So close to the station and everyone was so nice. The lift didn't actually take that long as other people mention but I went on Jan so maybe there was less people

Pros: Location, Staff were so nice, and as we got engaged while there, we had a lovely surprise of a bottle of Wine and thoughtful note congratulating us from all the Staff, that really meant a lot thank you

Comfortable room in a safe area with easy access to the subway. Staten Island ferry just around the corner and the Wall

Very clean and confortable hotel in the heart of the Financial District

Pros: The room was very clean. The bed was confortable. Towels were changed daily which is something I appreciate. The staff was very polite. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the Financial District. There are three subway stations in a 5-minute walk radius.

Cons: Three elevators is not enough for an hotel this big, especially considering that it has over 40 floors. Moreover, the hotel is quite expensive - we understand that given the location and the time of the year (Christmas season) this is to be expected, but even so, we still considered that it was a bit overpriced. However, the quality was there - I guess that you get what you paid for, in a good way :)

Nice hotel in FiDi close to Wall Street, Broadway and boat to the Statue of Liberty

Pros: It is located in the south in the Financial District next to Wall street. Battery Drive where you can take a trip to the Statue of Liberty is very close. Several subway lines are close. Broadway street starts there and you can take a walk to the Time Square or even Central park but it is quite a long walk. Hotel is fine with 3 lifts and 44 flors. Breakfast was tasty, i was just missing some vegetable. In general I can recommend this accomodation

Cons: There were some minor problems but they were quickly fixed by very kind receptionists

Location and room are perfect.

Pros: The location is perfect, towels are changed and rooms are cleaned every day, and we were given a comfortable room on a higher floor.

Cons: The elevator sometimes got stuck, but they fixed it quickly.

Pros: Located in a super convenient spot in the Financial District, perfect for exploring New York for a couple of days. Friendly staff and decent facilities.

Cons: Took a long time to access the room because of the high volume of people trying to use the elevator.
