It was great.

Pros: The hotel was in a good location. We mostly used metro and the hotel was only few minutes walk from the station. Also only 2-3 minutes walk from 9/11. Very close to Wall Street and Brooklyn Bridge. The restaurant in the hotel was great. Hotel was very clean, staff were very welcoming and super friendly and helpful.

Cons: The restaurant staff was not as friendly as the hotel staff. Also the restaurant staff at night time are much much nicer and 100 times more friendly and welcoming than the morning staff.

Pros: Perfectly clean hotel with duvets changed for each tenant. Very nice space in the rooms. A stone's throw from the memorial. The room cleaning staff are lovely. Perfect fitness room. Be aware that the money blocked at the time of booking is only refunded upon departure from the hotel and cannot be used to pay for it. This is definitely a deposit. Your credit card must be able to keep up. Thank you for everything. We will come back.

Wonderful. Would highly recommend! Good value for money.

Pros: Convenient location. Many train stations nearby that travel to upper Manhattan and even to Brooklyn. Safe because near the World Trade Center. It’s also peaceful and quiet at night as it’s in the financial district. Nearby is Battery Park where you can see the Statue of Liberty without taking the ferry. Room is very spacious for a family of 4 with 2 teenage kids.

Cons: The double beds were a tad small and too soft for my liking.

Awesome hotel walking distance to most landmarks in the Financial District.

Pros: Clean, comfortable and convenient. Centrally located in the Financial District and walking distance to most landmarks such as 911 Memorial, NYSE, Brooklyn bridge and even viewing Statue of Liberty. Very friendly and helpful staff.
