Pros: Everything about this hotel was excellent. My 2nd visit to NYC, first time staying at Club Quarters. From check in to check out staff were first class, friendly and so helpful. Our room was 1 bedroom suite for my adult son and myself with plenty space and a great price for our 5 night stay. Location was also excellent 5 minute walk to subway, and away from the hustle and bustle. O'Hara's Bar 2 mins walk from hotel and all attractions close by. I would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to family, friends and work colleagues.

Cons: Can't find anything negative to say about Club Quarters World Trade.

Pros: It was a good experience from the very first day. Janice demonstrated professionalism and lovely smile to customers. Other staff are very helpful but Janice was exceptional. Room was clean and the hotel is easy to access. Kudos

Good experience!

Pros: Great location, amazing staff, always ready to help you. The hotel is in a safe location. The fact that we arrived so late and yet they waited for us and received us with kindness and professionalism. The hotel offers a free 24/7 cafeteria service and has a sweet an cozy lounge room.

Cons: When we booked the room, a superior room, it had the information that was a kitchenette in unit . This part was ok, the room had a electric hoven, a stove, coffee machine (with capsules) and a fridge. The only thing that was missing was the cooking appliances like pots, pan and kitchen paper. We ask for them and the staff promptly arranged and delivered it to our room. The superior room was actually on the 5th floor (of 19) and the view was extremely disapointing… the room window was facing the back of another building, you couldn’t even see the sky from there… it looked like it was always night… we know that it wasn’t a room with city view, but we wasn’t expecting this… It was the 2nd time at Club Quarters and comparing to the last view… this one was so disapointing…

Pros: Staff was exceptional!!! We had one glitch. Staff took the time to listen attentively. We felt seen and heard! They not only accommodated our request but over delivered...we were very grateful!

Cons: Rooms could have been cleaner 2 drawers filled with left over garbage. Stains on carpet and bathroom wall had juice dripped 3ft long

Fantastic first experience of NYC!

Pros: Fantastic hotel, free water and coffee was a big bonus. Hotel room size was very good. Staff were very friendly throughout.

Cons: Being in lower manhattan, you need a 15-20min subway ride to some of the more main tourist spots, but didn’t impact on our overall stay too much.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and the view from the restaurant, which is on the 20th floor was stunning. Great location.

Location location location

Pros: The location is amazing. Close to everything you need in Lower Manhattan, Brooklyn bridge, ferry’s, World Trade Center, subways & amazing food places. Laundry facilities were great.

Cons: Nothing much!

10/10 recommend for a short stay

Overall very good solution for tourism considering the prices of NYC

Pros: Location, proximity to subways, good size of the room and view, reception with water and coffee always available

Cons: Bathroom in the middle of the trim with exposed sink, sofa bed no really comf

Pros: The location was perfect as we wanted to walk across the Brooklyn Bridge first thing on the Sunday morning. The bed was comfortable and the free coffee bar was excellent.

Cons: Felt it was grossly overpriced and the room was small for what we paid. I'm basing the price on top hotels in the UK.
