Pros: - Very good location - Good value for money - Overall the room and the whole hotel was very nice! - Clean

Cons: - Bed was way too soft and not great quality. The cushion was hard as a stone - Water pressure was not good at all. Not very nice for showering or washing hands

Amazing hotel in amazing location

Pros: I love this hotel, my 3rd stay and hopefully will be back. I will recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to nyc!

Cons: Only small thing, day i checked out waiting in lobby for the car to airport I found it to be excessively warm to the point I got a really bad migraine and it was really noisy and music playing made my headache he worse. It was only a small thing but thought id mention it. Overall excellent stay as always.

Cloud one hotel will be my go-to hotel whenever I will be in New york

Pros: The location was very central to all the tourist sites around the area . We could walk around to every nearby area be it food joints other shopping areas . The cleanliness in the rooms was awesome and everything worked as it should in the room the hotel ha nice cafe deli where you could have tea and coffee Our room was on the 26th floor and the the lifts could get you to the room quickly . There was no security deposit which is a major plus for someone on a budget .

Cons: Most hotel staff don't understand English so sometimes you had to go all the way to the ground floor to seek assistance

Pros: I definitely recommend this hotel, especially for a short stay. It’s very well located, with the subway close by.

Pros: Luxurious large king bed, tidy facilities, spacious room and the staff were excellent. The bar on the 6th floor was excellent too, again, excellent bar tenders, great drinks and great vibes.
