Corner room with a view, which was particularly pleasant

Pros: Very comfortable room, fully consistent with what had been booked, a corner room with a view, which was particularly pleasant. Excellent bedding and tasteful décor (for both the room and the hotel overall). The staff are attentive and highly professional; I would definitely recommend!

Cons: The rooftop could have been open; otherwise, there is nothing to fault

Great stay, great location and great staff!

Pros: We chose this hotel as our son is called Arlo and we made the right choice! The location was great. The staff were so helpful and the rooms were really quiet. Best of all, we had the view of the Empire State Building.

Stunning views, central location but very small rooms.

Pros: The view is fantastic from the sky view rooms. This is an incredible experience in that regard. I also loved the design of the bed/room, very sleek. I don’t regret it, the view will stay a cherished memory.

Cons: The spaces are very small. I was happy to stay one night for the experience but I wouldn’t do more because of that. Also the common areas are not premium enough for the price of the room.

Great value for money, clean, modern.

Pros: Security at the front door were friendly and helpful. Staff were really nice and relaxed. They looked after our bags and even put them in the room which was great! Loved that you could connect your own apps to the TV and that both bunk beds had their own TV!

Cons: The staircase we used one day was actually slightly blocked which I guess is technically an emergency exit which should be clear?

Pros: The room is small but very well arranged and modern. For a single person.

Cons: When I made booking there was an info that I would have a daily budget for using thebar but when I asked the staff about it they didn't know anything about it. The information was misleading. Thus, I prefered to not use it at all.
