Loved it!

Pros: Location was perfect for everywhere. Staff are super helpful, room was a great size for NYC. Bar and restaurant is a great place and doesn’t feel like a hotel outlet.

Great room, nice and clean hotel in a nice location - if possible skip paying for the breakfast.

Pros: Great location - very close to metro station and centrally located in Manhattan. The room for NYC standards was quite spacious and the beds were great!!! Breakfast was serviced by a nearby cafe but it was adequate and fine. The room was clean and the bathroom quite bigger than needed :)

Cons: For a family a bigger variety in breakfast choices would be appreciated - besides that all was great!!!

Amazing stay in NY

Pros: We arrived at 8 AM after a 12-hour flight and were pleasantly surprised to be given our rooms immediately at no extra charge. The hotel is new and beautiful, with stylish, spacious rooms (especially large for New York) and exceptional cleanliness. The staff was wonderful and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our experience and highly recommend this hotel!

Pros: This is a wonderful & chic hotel, newly renovated, clean and tidy, gorgeous soap / shampoo and conditioner, artwork in the rooms and stylish fit out. The location and building feels safe and the front desk staff are lovely! Highly recommend.

Pros: Great location and the room is reasonably sized compared to other hotel rooms in NY.

Cons: The front staff are lovely but room service was not the greatest. After the room was cleaned, they would take the old towels and only leave one clean towel despite it being obvious that we were two in the room and they took two towels away. When we returned back to the hotel in the evening, I had to ask for another towel each night, and this happened three consecutive nights. They also didn’t refill the shower gel dispenser even though it was running out. Again we had to call and ask for it to be refilled.
