Great, felt homie

Pros: The best was unbelievably comfortable, loved the staff and the service overall

Cons: In the room next to mine, I could hear the tv through the wall, but it could have been that they had it on very loud

I would stay here again for sure

Pros: I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location of the hotel is perfect, making it so easy to get around. The hotel bar had a fantastic atmosphere—great for unwinding—and the room was very big for NY standards. Both the bed and the pillows were really comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I want to give a special mention to Chris at the front desk. He was incredibly professional, polite, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. ​

Cons: Nothing at well. I liked everything.

Pros: fab location, lovely hotel, helpful staff and a good bar. Just a 5 minute walk to the subway. Good sized room.

Cons: some work in the street each morning between 3am and 6am which the hotel isn't responsible for but did affect our sleep.

Perfect location and a nice hotel

Pros: Nice hotel with all you need and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to many things and the subway is close by.

Cons: Daily cleaning was mixed, for example some days we would get face washes and then other days none. But other that that it was a really nice place.

Pros: Location good, breakfast fantastic, great service at breakfast time

Cons: Service at the bar in the evening is only went there the one time, complete ignored, then finally menu the finally drink, it should not take 20 minutes to get a drink when it’s pretty empty

Pros: Great location, within easy walking distance to Penn Station. Nice to have restaurant and bar on site. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Very friendly staff.

Perfect location in Manhattan

Pros: Fantastic location in midtown Manhattan. The bar and restaurant downstairs were great but you only have to step outside for so many choices of excellent places to eat. The staff were friendly. Booking a taxi, getting local tourist information and storing luggage were seamless.

Cons: Nothing really. Minor niggle is that the lifts were a bit slow.

Pros: Great that breakfast was included. The room was comfortable and big enough. Everything worked and the bar and restaurant downstairs is good.

Cons: Could do with a coffee machine. Odd to have concrete floors in the bedroom.

Happy to stay again if/when I return to New York.

Pros: Style nice, food and beverage great, location good. Super-comfortable bed much appreciated.

Cons: No fridge in room! Lack of laundry facilities.

Pros: Greek location, far enough away from the noise of Penn Station area but close enough. 10 mins walk away.

Cons: Our room was for four people, but four adults would be struggling as the beds were the room. Not much floor space around or in-between. It was perfect though for two adults or Two adults with young children.
