From a price-quality point of view this is a very good hotel.

Pros: I liked the property because the hotel was positioned really well - everything was next to you.👍

Cons: The food was basic, with few options. Also, if you stay near the elevator, you will hear it from the room.

I would stay here again.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay. The room was an adequate size. The beds were comfortable. The shower worked well. The WiFi was a good speed and the hotel was centrally located for our needs. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I’d recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Great stay in Best Western

Pros: Lovely hotel, staff were lovely and friendly. Great central location so close to everything and the subways. Quiet at night. Lovely area for breakfast with a lovely variety of food and a lovely friendly man there every morning. Bed was huge and very comfortable, room was clean and perfect for what I needed.

Perfect hotel for a short trip

Pros: The room was a great size for a solo traveller! I also appreciated that they had ice cold water at the entrance when you walk in. The hotel was also in a nice location and really close to one of my favourite sushi restaurants. The location is good for being in the thick of it without the chaos. Just walk a few blocks and you right by all the shops and restaurants.

Pros: Good location, clean and modern room, comfortable bed

Cons: Quite pricey, but in range of prices elsewhere in Manhattan. The coffee maker in the room is extremely outdated with terrible coffee.

Pros: The location is amazing, there’s a bunch of cafes and cantinas nearby, it’s obviously close to The Empire State Building and Times Square. Overall, the hotel itself is very nice.
