Pros: Beautiful hotel and room. Very comfortable and felt like a special treat. Staff all very friendly. Definitely would stay again.

Pros: Fantastic hotel with everything done to a high level

Cons: Zero noise from the streets, but the room doors let in a lot of noise and the staff were particularly noisy early in the morning.

We already miss this beautiful hotel, especially the carefull put together staff.

Pros: Top Address in terms of welcome culture, staff like Concierge Richard, Paula from :) and all the others. New hotel with dignified style. Very clean and the restaurant is high class. The suite was really well furnished and equipped with modern components.

Cons: Suite perfect, the other room 1906? is really to small. Please next time if a family took a suite then please select a better room for the other half of the family. Better for inner family peace :)

Oasis kind of feel in the big apple

Pros: Exceptional facility, great interior design which makes all rooms feel warm and welcoming. However, the most amazing part was the staff, which definitely exceeds expectations that you have even for a good 5 star hotel. Really extraordinary! Restaurant and bar are amazing, and for as long as the inhouse gym is not fully functional (there are a few machines already available), they offer complimentary subscriptions for fitness classes (soulcycle, barrys, etc.). Definitely one of the best 5 star city hotels we have stayed in.

Cons: Not really the hotels fault: We booked the smallest room category, which we should have not done considering we had quite a lot of luggage (our fault). Upon giving this feedback during check out they said we should have told them and they would have checked on other rooms / upgrades if available. Again, very good service.

Pros: Amazing personalised service, very clean, great rooms - stay was perfect, location is close to everywhere

Cons: Restaurant is good but not as great as the rest of the hotel - both service and food were just OK

Pros: Gorgeous property and a lovely room but still struggling with staff ie understaffed and lack of training. As an example and I could give more than one, a maid walked into the room whilst I had the do not disturb sign on. Food was very average

Pros: Decoration and the architecture. The rooms are on the small side.

Cons: The staff is not quite settled. The concierge was ignorant. Over all they seemed to be helpful but they really were not. I have stayed at hotels of this quality and i am used to service being impeccable which was not the case here.
