Fabulous

Pros: I came from another hotel where it was very crowded and stuffy. However, after arriving here, the first thing I noticed is the amazing view from the high floor. Even the curtains are thoughtfully designed with three layers, providing excellent privacy and light blocking. The room is clean and tidy, and the details truly reflect Hyatt's professionalism. The paintings on the wall and the overall style are very warm and welcoming. The newly renovated rooms are spotless, and the front desk service is outstanding—especially Kirk. Thank you so much for his wonderful introduction and help. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Pros: Very nice staff, perfect location, coffee/tea/hot chocolate available for guests at the reception, the Empire State Building view from the room.

Pros: Great location - near Penn station, subway lines, Macy's, Empire State Building - couldn't have asked for better. Room cleanliness excellent. Good hotel for the price. Excellent communication prior to and after the trip with hotel - swift to respond, meet additional requests to booking and resolved an issue we had re: payment. Fantastic view of Empire State Building from our room. Loved the rooftop - pity the bar wasn't open but could go up to visit and see the views.

Cons: Had to query payment of taxes/additional fees - was nearly charged 3 times for this - advice to others is to double check what you paid through Booking.com. Hotel swift to resolve this and refunded additional payments once matter investigated on our return home. Would have loved for the rooftop bar to be open - other fab places nearby with similar rooftops open - appreciate that our stay was over Christmas/Winter period and it was baltic.

Great location, well equipped cozy rooms

Pros: Room was very well equipped; iron and ironing board, small coffee machine, kettle upon request, 2 bottles of water replenished each day etc

Cons: The gents at the reception are a little cold and unwelcoming (they never smiled and barely any eye contact when talking to them). However the ladies at reception were really nice. Some training needed from management. Also the rooms are in desperate need of renovation. For example our handrail in the bathroom kept falling off.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice, clean with great complementaries.

Pros: Room was bigger than expected. Comfy beds and very clean - not much storage for 2 adults and 2 children but we managed it! Free coffee in the lobby in the morning and free hot chocolate in the afternoon. Restaurant / bar area very small but we were out most of the day so not an issue. Great location.

Cons: Not much storage space in room

Cons: Everything was as expected. It could be nice to have a place to hang clothes in the bathroom and in the room.

5 nights with double queen bed

Pros: Close location to subway. Good shopping area minus the crowd in times square

exception service, good size room. well worth the money.

Pros: the location is great. it's a little quieter then some streets in the area which was great as I was travelling with my.mother. staff were always courteous and polite and greeted you when you came in. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone.

Cons: nothing to complain about!
