Great hotel with perfect location. Few improvements can be made.

Pros: The location was perfect and the views from the balcony were great. Rooms were maintained every day and always had fresh towels.

Cons: The price of the mini bar was far too expensive, with water being $9. The room was on the smaller side without too much space around the bed for luggage and the carpets had some stains and marks although the room appeared to be clean in general.

Great stay, ticks all the boxes

Pros: Second time this year at this hotel. Excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms.

Cons: Staff need to work on their hospitality skills. Second time this year celebrating a significant anniversary, zero acknowledgement from the staff, not even a welcome back at check in. In my view this is important and makes you to wanna come back.

Beautiful hotel if you only care about the location.

Pros: The location, without a doubt, is the best of the accommodation.

Cons: The high cost of the stay. We all know that Manhattan is the most expensive city in the world, but five hundred dollars a night for a superior double room seems like a scam to me. I paid that price at the Llao Llao hotel in Bariloche (highly recommended) and at the Gran Meliá Iguazú (incredibly beautiful). You can't compare...

A great stay in the centre of Manhatten

Pros: A great stay in the centre of Manhatten. I travelled for work and found the staff to be super helpful. When I arrived they couldn't locate my booking, but instead found me an upgraded room...a pleasent surprise after a long flight! The room was large, with a comfortable bed and great amenities.

A couple of days to relax and unwind

Pros: The room was compact but met our requirements. The sound proofing was excellent, and we could not hear any of the noise from the busy street below. The staff were super friendly, and very supportive. The cleaning staff were happy and full of smiles, which you do not see in many hotels these days. Well Done

Cons: The sink in the bathroom was very small and there was little or no space to place our personal vanity products. I was surprised that the water and coffee were not replaced free of charge for such a high quality hotel.

Pros: The location is great & the hotel lobby is a nice, cool area to welcome you into the building.

Cons: I think it’s in need of a little TLC throughout the halls to the rooms, it’s only a small recommendation but with such a great building & the classy, dark, moody feel of the hotel, it just needs a little upgrade here & there to finish it off.
