Pros: Nice hotel and quite new. It was clean. It was nice since we didn’t have breakfast with the complimentary coffee and tea on the 2nd floor.

Cons: I would like to be more transparent about the extra fees that you have to pay at the hotel after your stay. We knew it because we have read it before but if you are a tourist and don’t know how the tax is working on the US it could be a surprise in the end.

Pros: The view from the room!!! We had all of the skyline, just like pictured for the city view room. Friendly reception, room was so nice and clean.

Cons: Room is a bit on the smaller side for 4 people but hey…this is NYC and the value for money was definitely good. Rooftop bar is amazing for the views but the service was very underwhelming at first

We had a great time using this hotel as our base. Really good value for money.

Pros: The staff , the room, the roof top bar and free morning coffee up there! Great views up Manhattan , rooms were great. Umbrella to use!

Pros: Beautiful views of the city. Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Fairly

Cons: Location is ok but a lot of rubbish on the streets. Quite noisy at night but I suppose that is New York!

Very good place to explore NY from

Pros: Excellent staff. Great location. Rooms quite standard, but very functional. The 2nd floor lobby was exceptional. Loved spending time there in the patio.

Pros: The room as great and the beds very comfy, it was clean and well maintained. The location for China town was good and also on the doorstep of Little Italy and SoHo.

Cons: Breakfast was ordered in from outside, and whilst the cold choices were good the hot food was cold by the time iot was delivered and as there was only a few choices it did get boring.

Great base to explore New York.

Pros: Very clean nice size rooms. Good location to see all of New York. Subways stations around the area to get around. Walking distance to financial district and Soho.

Cons: The only downside was if you booked to have breakfast it comes in from a third party which you have to order every day. Only a small selection to choose from.
