Concorde Hotel New York

Fab little hotel.

Pros: The rooms are really nicely done. Beds really comfortable and bedding warm. The location is excellent and the staff are always lovely. I also love the coffee shop opposite. I could sit in there all day and people watch :)

Cons: It's such a lovely little hotel, but would love better tea facilities in the room. A kettle and some tea bags

Pros: Lovely hotel, comfortable and well-located. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: It was perfect. Minor issue - one of the elevators was out of service.

Amazing Stay on Concorde

Pros: It was my first time in NYC, my wife came for the NRF event and I took the opportunity to join her and explore the city. Perfect hotel location, just a few blocks from Central Park, close to the subway station and basically you can do everything on foot. Away from the chaos of Times Square and in a nicer area of the city in my opinion. The hotel is very good, the gym is top-notch, the room amenities as well. The housekeeper Angela did an excellent job and was super nice. The rest of the hotel staff too, from the receptionists to the doormen. Across the street there's a good place for breakfast and around the block you can find everything. A really cool feature of the hotel is that it has a workstation on the third floor, coffee and filtered mineral water available anytime. Oh, the shower is really good and the hot water too, so bathing was wonderful.

Cons: I do not have any complaints, everything was perfect.

Pros: Excellent location, rooms, comfort, cleanliness and staff. Also felt very safe. Great nights sleep and lovely bathroom / bath which is better than the photos. Super easy and luxurious stay.

Pros: Location is perfect (close to any place you might need and metro), staff, clean rooms, on the 3rd floor perfect place to have rest with tea and coffee, water.

Pros: Best location, spacious room and amazing attention and food in the restaurant.

Exceeded my expectations

Pros: Everything. Hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations. King bedroom was very spacious, with huge bed and extremely comfortable mattress and pillows. Bathroom was huge with bath and shower, great water pressure too. It is also one of the rare hotel to have really good fitness center. I would absolutely go back again and highly recommend staying here when in nyc.

Really liked this hotel, very clean, excellent and attentive staff, and excellent location.

Pros: The room was very clean, and staff were very helpful and pleasant. Advice was offered on places to visit and directions.

Cons: 2 lifts were insufficient for a hotel of this size, and at busy times you had to wait a few minutes for lift to arrive. In our room we found that on occasions the hot water took several minutes to feed through.

Well positioned hotel with generous and comfortable rooms… excellent staff…. Would stay here again

Pros: Good location, room was a great size and very clean… all the staff were attentive, friendly and really engaging
