Excellent stay in New York City

Pros: The location is excellent and the room is very comfortable. Daily cleaning and regular towel changes make for a pleasant stay. We also got a free room upgrade.

No matter how you put it, it was clean, tidy, and in a fantastic location — everything we needed for a great stay.

Pros: Location excellent, rooms a good size. We were a family of 4 in a double queen room. Not our first stay at the hotel and didn’t disappoint We’ve stayed at different hotels over the years and stumbled on this by chance a couple of years ago and wouldn’t stay anywhere else now

Cons: Nothing at all. If I had to choose something it’s the removal of Aveda wash products however, the replacements are equally as lovely. We have high expectations for cleanliness and it surpassed our expectations

Pros: Quiet but central Location. Lots of convenient stores very close by. Close to time square … but not so much that you hear the noise . Rooms are very spacious .

Excellent hotel and location!

Pros: Society’s elite suite. Super clean rooms and hotel. Staff really accommodating and friendly. Loved how we could see Radio City in the distance and a sunrise through our window. Excels location, only 5 mins walk from grand central station. Ticked all the boxes!
