Pros: Las suites muy cómodas La atención del personal es excelente La limpieza En el comedor Peacock nos atendió el capitán Héctor, con una atención maravillosa, felicitaciones por tenerlo con ustedes , también estuvo Max por ahí y el gerente Patricio nos fue a saludar , muy atento y profesional , el es Mexicano , felicidades por su atenta visita y la señorita Valeria, un encanto de persona , que atendía a todos por igual , siendo ella la gerente creo yo del área donde estábamos , igual movía mesas , cargaba sillas y atendía a las personas que llegábamos , ella es de Venezuela, nuevamente felicidades por ellos porque son el motor de ese fabuloso Hotel ! Gracias

Cons: La persona que nos tocó al hacer el check in no fue muy atento y empatico No tengo el nombre de él desgraciadamente. A la salida nos tocó una Sta. Todo lo contrario de atenta ! De origen español nos ayudó con todo lo que le requirió mi esposo 👍🏻

Exzellenz mit Tradition in bester Lage!

Pros: Top Lage und ein exzellentes Hotel mit gelebter Tradition. Ein Haus, das seinem Namen wirklich alle Ehre macht! Im Unterschied zu vielen europäischen Häusern versteht man in diesem Land noch, wie man Gäste wirklich zufriedenstellt. Hier ist der Gast tatsächlich König. Auf diesem Qualitätsniveau lässt sich das Hotel nur mit dem Eden-Roc am Cap d’Antibes oder dem Four Seasons in Florenz vergleichen – sonst mit keinem.

Cons: Das Personal beim Frühstücksempfang dürfte etwas freundlicher auftreten, und beim Housekeeping wäre ein präziseres Timing wünschenswert. Ansonsten gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen.

Pros: I took a staycation here while recovering from a surgery . The staff was incredible. Real 5 star service. The rooms were nice too , although I did expect them to be a bit bigger . The restaurants in the hotel are great but room service was subpar.

Cons: The room service menu and all the service fees. I also do not like that location at all.
