Excellent hotel in excellent location. Ideal for taking in the New York attractions.

Pros: Location was superb. Within walking distance of all mid-town attractions and subway routes.

Cons: Breakfast time was very busy with long queues most days.

Thanks for the well support

Pros: I changed my stay to my New York friend's spouses'. They enjoyed the luxurious room. The hotel is located near down town and they stopped by some restaurants and fancy places easily and happily. The breakfast was quite good with a variety of dishes and food, while people stood in line to enter the hotel's restaurant. They shared some history of the hotel, which was interesting to me. My friends were very much satisfied thanks to the hotel's courteous support.

Cons: Thank you very much for the well support. I am so happy to heart that my friends in New York enjoyed their stay at your hotel.

ULTRA CONVENIENT

Pros: The property is very well located to Times Square and Broadway. The breakfast buffet choices and food quality are amazing. The beds are very comfortable and the property and rooms are exceptionally clean.

Cons: I think the property would benefit from soundproofing due to siren noise. The female staff member on customer services obviously does not enjoy her job as the 2 times we asked for her assistance she was rude and unfriendly. All other staff, including housekeeping, were lovely.

Very good hotel but can get pricey when it snows in NYC

Pros: The room was spacious and the bed was comfy. The location was very close to times square and the Broadway.

Cons: I booked the hotel after my flight got canceled due to the blizzard. When I tried to book a second night the price was quadrupled and I had to change hotels. If I did not find another hotel with a reasonable price I would've ended up forced to book an extra night with the unreasonable price.

Pros: Location was superb, rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable, staff throughout were helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet was brilliant and catered for all different needs and wants. Would highly recommend.

Pros: Fabulous location. Rooms were quiet. Bed was awesome. Breakfast was fabulous with hungry boys. Breakfast is super busy but another room was opened up for overflow. Happy hour superb.
