Excellent stay and would definitely recommend to people for a stay!

Pros: Such a good location, easy to get to places from where you are walking/subway. The staff were lovey and we enjoyed our stay very much. Was a nice vibe to the hotel and beds were comfy!

Beyond great

Pros: Great location, but even greater staff! Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and super friendly! Loved the coziness of the room, window views, and coffee in the mornings in a beautiful bar room on the second floor.

Pros: It was close to times square and lots of train stops around. The room is small and cozy, the shower was good and functioning normally. The price compared to the other hotels was good. Other than one rude staff member on the phone, all the staff on the front desk were very friendly and helpful

Cons: There was a noise coming from the heater, I had to turn it off but the room was warm anyways

Pros: Very comfortable stay with an incredible city view. Bed was comfortable and room very clean. It is a small room so not a lot of space to hang clothes. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Everything! Location was perfect, close to 50th street subway so easy to get to airport from there! Loved the roof top bar, wish I would have used it more. The view from the room was amazing!

Cons: Nothing, the lighting isnt extremely bright but it wasn’t an issue.

Great value for money in a fab location.

Pros: Beautifully decorated room, although a little small and no hanging space. Excellent bathroom with a hot shower. Also a very comfortable bed. I liked the idea of letting the housekeeping staff know if you wanted your room made up with a dial on the door rather than them doing it everyday. The hotel was ideally located with a great rooftop bar and cocktail lounge. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was good but the room was freezing the morning we went so didn’t go again.

Cons: No hanging space in the room and no reply from the hotel when I emailed via booking.com to check this out as we would have changed rooms had we known as we were there for nearly a week. As there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room it would be a great idea to have that facility available in the cocktail lounge day from 7am - 5pm

I would recommend the hotel ! Location is just greattttt!

Pros: Location was perfect!! Staff were great and helpful! Room was spotless!!! Very comfortable bed

Cons: There was no shower door so the water leaking out!! You have to cover the floor with towels !! Breakfast is just very basic! Some bread and jams with fruit! Rather to eat out ! Otherwise very nice, stylish decorated!! Clean and very comfy

Pros: One thing that happened will make this hotel have 5 stars everywhere. I forgot my Wallet into The security box inside The room, and I discovered it when I was already jn another country. Staff founded it and the item was given to me without touching anything inside. Thank you so much, again.
