I great, ideally located hotel. A perfect base to explore New York.

Pros: The location was excellent. Very close to everywhere we wanted to visit but just outside the hustle and bustle of Times Square so we didn’t experience noise. We made the most of the cooking facilities in our super king room which were very convenient. The bed was super comfortable and in the bathroom the shower water pressure good. The hotel generally was well maintained and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was perfectly adequate with a handy eating/social area.

Cons: We would definitely stay here again. One minor issue which we were aware of from other reviews - the lift was slow but as we were on the third floor we used the stairs. One suggestion is that there could be more hooks for coats - and in the bathroom for towels.

Great stay in a fantastic location in Manhattan

Pros: Hotel staff is super kind. The location is great. Breakfast is included. Beds are comfortable. I'd come back next time I'm in NYC and I'll recommend this property.

Cons: There's only one main elevator for the front building and it's really slow, so you end up waiting for it a lot. Breakfast options are limited and I wish they changed some of the things they serve daily.
