Could be summed up with one word: fantastic. Keegan was brilliant as well.

Pros: The hotel's location was ideal. Before we landed, I had a call with Theresa, one of the managers helping me get something sorted with the rooms, and she was exceptionally nice and extremely helpful.

Cons: Not to be picky, but it would have been nice to have a restaurant run by the hotel rather than the restaurant attached to the hotel, which was extremely expensive, and the menu didn't suit the entire family

Pros: Great Location, Lovely Hotel with friendly and extremely helpful staff. Couldn't be more grateful for the assistance on staying on during the snow storm and flight cancellations. The extra touches of tea/coffee/hot choclate and snacks, along with wine hour at 5pm are great and add to the overall Hotels experience. Would have nonissues re-booking again in the future.

We’ve had a lovely time!

Pros: Lovely rooms, really close to the Times Square so made popping back between shows etc really easy. Breakfast was nice and loved “Wine time” at 5pm

Fantastic location, will return!

Pros: The location was amazing. Less than 5 mins to Times Square. 2 different subway stations within 2 mins walk. Free wine at Happy Hour every day between 5 and 6. Great continental breakfast every morning. Nice big rooms.

Pros: The staff were outstanding: friendly, helpful, and very professional. The hotel perfectly suited my needs. The location is excellent, very central and convenient for getting around. Overall, a comfortable and well-run property.

Cons: The first room I was assigned was a bit noisy and had a heating issue, which affected my initial comfort. However, the staff promptly changed my room and turned my stay into a great experience. Additionally, breakfast being served on paper plates slightly detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.
