Pros: It was really good for this money. It was clean, and the stuff was very helpful.

Pros: Their service is absolutely marvellous. Big thumbs ups for the two receptionists, they are the best. And the location is incredible, just two minutes walk from the subway station.

Cons: Too noisy. Even with earplugs I was still constantly waken up by all kinds of things outside my window.

Pros: The hotel is very clean, the location good and safe. Staff is helpful and very nice

Cons: There is a ventilation system on the ceiling, which is really loud in the night and can not be turned off

Secret Gem - unlocked.

Pros: This place is an absolute gem. From the moment I arrived, everything felt brand new, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed. The location is truly unbeatable just a 2-minute walk from the Grand stop, which made getting around incredibly easy and stress-free. I loved being surrounded by amazing restaurants, bars, and cafés, all within walking distance. It added so much fun and convenience to my stay. Chinatown and Little Italy are also easily walkable, which was a huge bonus and made exploring the area effortless. Honestly, I loved everything about this place and wouldn’t hesitate for a second to stay here again on my next visit. A special shoutout to Sul, who was incredibly accommodating and made my experience even more enjoyable. Highly, highly recommend this place exceeded all expectations!

This was an absolutely amazing city stay!

Pros: The hotel is in the perfect location- right by the subway and easily accessible. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and are there to help you with anything you may need. Bathrooms are cleaned regularly and spaces are kept clean. They also offer free tea, coffee, snacks and earplugs which is an amazing perk!

Cons: Rooms are slightly small and can get noisy but for the price, I did not mind at all.

Good value for money on the lower east side!

Pros: Value for money wise it was excellent, room was clean but small and I think you very much get what you pay for - I think it is worth a little extra to get the room that has a bathroom.

Cons: It was a bit loud as it was only one floor up, no AC so really warm as the pipes run above but I had a good night sleep there! If you have an iron maybe an ironing board would be good!
