Short trip to NY

Pros: We had such a lovely stay at the Moxy. It really exceeded my expectations. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The decor in the lounge area was delightful. The breakfast was just what we needed to begin our day. Moxy is surrounded by great bars and restaurants only a short walk away. Would definitely stay there again. Clean and beds comfortable. Modern & trendy hotel.

Pros: Nice spacious room for a New York hotel, great bathroom and bed. 20 dollar credit to use at bar/coffee shop.

Cons: Loud music on the Sunday and Thursday due to club next door. Except for that great stay

Pros: Location was great for exploring and close to a subway

Cons: We expected a high floor but didn’t receive that which was disappointing as was part of the reason we chose the room. Lack of space to hang clothes.

Pros: Good location, friendly staff & have thought of little extras such as canned soft drinks every afternoon at reception / free coffee etc

Cons: Rooms are small but that’s standard in New York, could do with a few more hooks for coats (we went in winter)

Pros: Hotel has a great vibe & is in a wonderful location. the staff are very helpful and kind. Lots to do at the hotel with restaurants and rooftop bar.

Perfect location for lower east, everything you need is on your doorstep.

Pros: The location is great lower east side/ little Italy / Chinatown area plus getting over to Brooklyn. The door concierge staff were charming and friendly and literally couldn’t do enough to help, they were our favourite people! Our room had a fantastic view.

Cons: We wanted to visit the roof top bar but this is accessible outside the building and there was a queue so we didn’t bother. The rooms are quite small so we upgraded to get a better view.
