The Time New York

Pros: We were warmly welcomed by Nilika who was cheerful, kind, helpful and she ensured that we were comfortable. Josh and the doorman deserve a special mention too as they helped us with our bags. . We were thrilled with the drinking water bottles that we could collect from the lobby. We enjoyed the wine and cheese hours too.

Cons: There was no space in the room and we felt cramped with our luggage. We missed the kettle too.

Great location, comfy room but don't over pack!

Pros: Location was great, walking distance of Times Square, subway, Fifth Avenue and Central Park. Large comfy bed. Toiletries good. Rooms clean.

Cons: Room was cramped as there was very little storage, one small wardrobe no drawers or shelves at all. Minimal storage in bathroom. Silly light attached to ceiling got in the way of the wardrobe door and movement about the room. No kettle so couldn't make tea or coffee in the room. Charges for storing luggage after check out seemed petty considering the high room rates.

I will definitely stay in this hotel again on my next trip to NYC.

Pros: Location was perfect as it was only a few minutes walk from the Time Square, and l loved the view from my room which was on the 14th floor. Hotel staff were friendly, warm and welcoming at all times, particularly Eric (Concierge) and Anthony (Security) who made me feel like VIP. Complimentary wine and cheese from 5 - 6pm daily was a tasty bonus. Also a free bottle of water at the reception (daily) and a use of the hotel umbrella during the stay was a nice touch, too. The fun bit for me was to discover that TV was 'hidden' in a mirror. I loved the pillows!!! And the bed was comfortable too. I could not find any faults.

Didnt spend much time in hotel, and it served its purpose.

Pros: Good location, close to all the tourist spots, transport, restaurants, etc.

Cons: A lot of construction work going on, so was noisey at times.

Pros: The location was perfect. All staff were nice and kind every time we needed something

Cons: The temperature of the room couldnt be higher than 80 fahrenheits which is quite sad for hot-weather people

Solid choice for a very expensive city.

Pros: This is the second time I've stayed at Time Hotel. Location is very central, beds are comfortable, staff are very friendly, and the bonus wine and cheese is a winner. I took my niece to New York to celebrate her 18th birthday – her room was massive, she was very happy. My (bill-payer!) room was quite small, and there is next to no natural light, so if I stayed in future, I would definitely ask to be moved as I did struggle with that. All-in-all, it's a solid choice for a very expensive city.

Cons: Natural light in my room, it wasn't even worth opening the blind. The cleaners did remove the special Harry Potter and other paper bags that my niece had been keeping (well away from the bin!) That was a bit of a shame.

Fun hotel with surprises in Central Manhattan

Pros: A wonderful team. Unusual but interesting interior design . Very friendly. Right in heart if busy Manhattan but peaceful room.very goid restsurant on ground floor independent of hotel but used by guests. Wonderful showers . Thanks to brilliant concierge Eric.

Cons: First room not good but once shifted excellent. Think you need to check exactly what yiu have booked.

Highly recommend would definitely stay again

Pros: Location was fabulous so close to theatre. Could walk to most attractions . Very clean , air con fabulous. Comfortable bed . Lovely staff

Pleasant, comfortable, clean and excellent value for money.

Pros: It is extremely central to time square and walking distance from most New York attractions. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was amazing.

Pros: The location was perfect for us, near to the theatres and most things that we wanted to see were within walking distance. The room was comfy and clean.

Cons: It would have been nice if the mini bar had been refilled during our week's stay and if there were tea and coffee making facilities.
