If you want to be in New York and feel like you’re in New York this is the hotel to be.

Pros: Everything, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been. The views, the staff, the cozy home feeling in the rooms, having a room you can alter dedicated to your mood. I will be back

Pros: Staff were super attentive and helpful. The location is absolutely brilliant. You are steps away from times square and even closer to the subway. Room was perfect for what you need. Great value for money - would definitely stay again.

Pros: It's CitizenM. Very classic, small room but cozy with comfy bed. It's relatively new, so all fine. Elevators were good too. Location is perfect, close to central park and times square.

Cons: Water in the shower was warm but not hot. We stayed in January so hot shower after 15k steps outside in cold New York would be really great. My daughter had breakfast and said it was pretty limited but she used to rich breakfasts in European hotels.

Pros: The hotel is located in a perfect area. The hotel is modern and the design is beautiful. The room is cozy and clean but a little too small. Rich breakfast

Cons: The room is a bit too small for a couple to stay for more than one night. It would have been nice if there was an option to make coffee/tea.

Pros: The location, all the staff were nice but some of the staff were absolutely lovely

Cons: The heating in the room didn’t work, when I contacted reception I was told an engineer would fix it. That never happened. Not ideal when it’s -7 out. Didn’t have a great drinks menu at the bar which would have been nice to come home to after a long day which meant I bought drinks elsewhere

deff the place to stay off season to take advantage of price.

Pros: Really enjoyed the little things, the modern design of the room the use of technology and the overall white tone on the room felt very clean, also the closet space, small and compact but big enough for all my stuff outside the luggage and space to hold my 1 carryon luggage, price was around 200 per night, and thats ok for myself, but doubt I can make it work when its high seasona nd room is double that price.
