Excelent stay

Pros: We really loved the hotel. First of all, the location was excellent. All of the hotel staff were so kind and helpful — they assisted us with everything we needed. From the security at the entrance to the staff upstairs, I would like to thank all of them. They were truly very polite. The ventilation of the hotel was very important for me, especially in the rooms. Even though the windows couldn’t be opened, the ventilation system was so good that we never felt the lack of fresh air. I really appreciate that. Other than that, the room was very clean, everything was comfortable, and the room size was perfectly adequate. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel in every way.

Comfortable and welcoming.

Pros: Aissa on the 53rd floor was wonderful. The reception desk especially Kenya were great and the men at reception were helpful and friendly. Great bed. good room with excellent view and quiet.

Cons: Sink plug didn't work (a hotel nightmare everywhere.) No snacks at the bar.
