Pros: We stayed in the junior suite, it's one of the nicest and most comfortable hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The decoration and ambience throughout the hotel is fantastic. The gym is very well stocked, and the meeting rooms are ideal. The staff were really nice and helpful. There is a free hotel car to take you anywhere within a 15 block radius of the hotel. We will stay here again for sure.

Cons: It's quite expensive, but for the location and the quality of the hotel it's fair. It's much, much better value than other hotels in Manhattan.

Overall the hotel was good and would stay again

Pros: The bar area was great and in the evening had a DJ who played some great music . Ambience was very good

Cons: Only negatives was the air con in our room was quite noisy did advise reception

Great hotel next to central park

Pros: Great hotel, rooms were nice and bar was great. We had a corner room with a view of central park which was lovely.

Cons: Shame there isn't a pool or rooftop

Pros: Clean Air, clean water, no smell of cheap parfume in Hall or on bedsheets. As all hotel should be.

Fantastic location, amazing team, super restaurant.

Pros: Great location, the team that worked there were incredibly friendly and accommodating. special shout out to Marc on reception who was super a great representative of hospitality.

Cons: The lifts were a bit cosy.

Awesome!!

Pros: Rooms were great, clean and beautiful. Hotel decor is beautiful! I mean, really beautiful. Excelent taste. Michael was the best concierge I’ve ever seen; extremely helpful! As a matter of fact, every hotel employee I talked to was very helpful and friendly (and this is a big complimentc considering the 1 is in NYC!)

Cons: The only problem was that one of the two rooms we got was somewhat small… but hey, this is NY I guess… most expensive real estate in the world!
