Pros: Staff were great. Upgraded my room as it was our anniversary. Sent up a congratulations card and a bottle also. Views of central park were fantastic and the location is amazing I would highly recommend.

Pros: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very pleasant stay My stay at the Trump Hotel was very pleasant overall. One thing I really liked was the photo of Melania Trump displayed in the hallway on the 17th floor — it was a unique and interesting touch. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. They even delivered my Uber Eats order directly to my room, which I really appreciated. I was also allowed an early check-in by about 12 hours, which made a big difference after a long journey. Although I had to leave earlier than planned, the experience was smooth and comfortable. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Pros: We had an amazigh night. We were on a high flour and the view was out of this world! Hypotonie view, the room is also very confortable and the amenities are also really good.

Fantastic location literally on the Park but then so is The YMCA.

Pros: The location was excellent with a view second to none.

Cons: It’s very dated, not sure if there was WiFi, no mobile phone charging facilities (bar a regular socket), no area to sit and relax after a long walk (bar a small area in reception). The restaurant/main bar needs you in evening attire which isn’t practical throughout the day. Had to remind the Hotel staff to leave shampoo and shower gel each morning and even then not the best given the overall cost.

Pros: All round great experience. Very comfortable suite with attentive staff to assist. Great park views and quiet.

Cons: Swimming pool was kept very hot. It’s an exercise pool not a spa pool.

Luxury NY stay overlooking Central Park

Pros: Have stayed many times before and it is nice to see familiar faces when you check in , feel like coming home Nothing is ever too much trouble , they are always cleaning the hotel and room It was 100degrees on our visit and it was refreshing to come back and use the pool in the spa We also like the shops just across the street at Columbus circle , especially Wholefoods where we can get fresh food At any time of the year it is relaxing to be able to cross the street and go for a walk in Central Park The in room safe is extra large so can put all personal effects in

Cons: No Problems I spend about 2 months in the US every year , and have noticed many properties have let their standards slip, whether by deliberate cost cutting or the challenge of staffing I can honestly say that the standard of the Trump NY remains exceptional
