Perfect !!

Pros: Location was great, rooms were clean, staff were lovely, facilities for great!

Pros: The hotel is very well located, everyone was very nice and kind, always ready to help with everything and our stay here was excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to NY

A good base for our stay in New York

Pros: This is my second staying at this hotel. The first being 6 years ago. I choose this hotel because of its excellent location.

Cons: It’s looking a little worn.

Good hotel, supportive staff and comfy, clean beds

Pros: The staff were fantastic. Location was central to all we wanted to see and do.

Cons: Elevator wait could at times be lengthy so had to plan ahead.

Great I would recommend

Pros: Great location friendly helpful staff and a great little shop inside the hotel for essentials.

Pros: The location is amazing. Very comfortable. Most of the staff is very friendly, nice and polite. Breakfast was satisfying (though no fresh vegetables).

Cons: We arrived at 12PM and left our bags in the luggage room and pre-checked in. After our scheduled meetings we arrived at 8PM. The supervisor that checked us in was incredibly rude. She told me “that they have a ‘problem’ with the kind of the room that we ordered”. I immediately asked why am I being informed of it on the spot, and a few seconds there was no problem; She didn’t give us ANY information about the hotel besides the room number - No breakfasts vouchers, no info about the time of the breakfast, facilities, nothing. Elevators are impossibly slow, especially at the mornings/early evenings. After checkout I received a message that the hotel tried to charge my credit card with $20. I arrived to get my bags and asked about it, they showed my that hey tried to charge me for 2 bottles of water (I explained that ai didn’t take any bottles of water). Luckily my card was declined due to security, but I would check your cc for any case if you decide to stay.

Good location, good restaurant, lifts to be improved

Pros: Location is good. It was our second time there for NYE.

Cons: The lift constitutes an issue there in crowded times as it could take a long time

Pros: Excellent location. Great value. Updated rooms, with fridge, microwave and coffee facility.

Cons: Only issue we encountered is the lift service. Theres only 2 lifts working for 20+ floors building. May take 15 mins just to take lift. So your have to account for the wait.

Great location

Pros: Destinee who was on reception was outstanding she helped when had left an item behind when we had checked out. She went above and beyond

Cons: We checked in on line via the Hulton app choosing out room - on arrival we had been given a different room which was a room that had a interconnected room, which the people in the other room was making a row we complained security that resolved the issue and again Destinee swapped out room for us again above and beyond service.

Good option close to Central Park

Pros: A very nice room with a great city view. Excellent location, close to everything. This was my second stay at this hotel, which is the best recommendation.

Cons: There was a very large amount of dust inside the ventilation grille, and it seemed like the ventilation system had not been cleaned for a long time, which may be harmful to health. The toilet was getting clogged every day, which suggests that some elements probably need to be replaced. There was no “Do Not Disturb” sign to hang on the door. We did not use the breakfasts this time because last year the service was very rude. During our first stay, due to lack of knowledge, we did not leave a tip at first, and because of that, the staff did not want to serve us on the following days. They did not deserve a tip despite the fact that we already had money with us. Overall, this left a negative impression.
