Fabulous couldn’t fault the hotel at all

Pros: Friendly and very welcoming staff, especially Deliah. Everything was perfect, spotless rooms, cleaned daily, super fast elevators, warm rooms (we were there during the winter storm). Comfortable bed and pillows. I loved how during the day you could just come and grab a snack, hot chocolate (or coffee or tea), juice and refill your water bottles, which was all completely. Breakfast was good with cereals, cheese omelet, bread, bagels, pastries and muffins.

Cons: Having to leave.

Super comfy, clean and well placed hotel

Pros: The location, the communication with the hotel, the price. The room was small but was cleverly layout and had all what you need. Mainly it felt super clear and recently refurbished! The bed was super comfy. The staff super friendly and helpful. Super nice to have a small breakfast area when you and come in to pick and choose food and drinks at any time of the day.

Cons: The lobby is very small so the breakfast space is limited. It felt a bit cramped... But it's a minor negative really.

Pros: Nice comfortable room with good bathroom in great location. I think it's good vfm for where you are and space you get. It is not big hotel and breakfast room is small so not 4* for that but we moved from another hotel which was cheapest alternative and was absolutely horrible and this was probably the same price if I compare on per SQM our room and bathroom was.

For us it was the perfect location, comfortable and friendly.

Pros: Convenient location. We loved the tea and coffee offer 24/7. Very helpful staff and very well appointed rooms.

Pros: Lovely small and friendly hotel. Great location walking distance to all attractions, lots of bars and restaurants in the same road. The cheese and wine hour at 5-7pm Is perfect. Free soft drinks and tea/coffee in the foyer area.

Cons: Nothing really - if I was going to be picky just one thing the windows would be nicer to have a curtain to pull over in the evenings as I didn’t feel comfortable with just the nets covering the windows.

A well-located, well-managed modern hotel in midtown

Pros: My first time, but not my last. This hotel, just behind Carnegie Hall, is extremely conveniently located and well managed. The staff at the front desk, especially Elijah, is excellent. My room was spacious with all conveniences, such as iron and board, umbrellas, vanity kits, etc. Breakfast consisted of fresh hot dishes and a wide variety of cereals, breads, pastries, etc.

Cons: I have no complaints.

Prime location to explore NYC

Pros: Excellent location right near Broadway and Central Park. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was very comfortable.

Pros: Pleasant hotel in an excellent location in Manhattan. Clean and tidy. Welcoming staff. The room is equipped with everything you need.

Cons: The room is small. The entire hotel space is very compact. Reasonable breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location for Central park & most other attractions in New York

Pros: Breakfast was included but was just adequate. Reception was a little compact but again adequate. Staff were very good

Cons: The hairdressers dryer cord was very short & my wife struggled to dry her hair
