Wonderful: relaxing, comfortable & impressive.

Pros: Just the perfect location if you want to visit NYC/Manhattan but without the craziness of Midtown. It's a lovely neighbourhood and easy to get everywhere in Manhattan and Brooklyn (and beyond) by subway or taxi (and the subway is far easier than most tourists will tell you!) Staff are brilliant, the decor is delightful and the classiness of the place is to die for. I've been twice now, once with my husband and another time with my elderly parents - and it's just perfect.

Perfect place to celebrate a special occasion.we will definitely be back

Pros: Everything ! The staff were absolutely amazing. We arrived early in the morning and our room was ready for us with balloons and a celebratory bottle of cava for our silver wedding anniversary. The room was gorgeous. The bar was really cool too. We hadn’t stayed in this area before but the subway was a shirt walk away which made getting around very easy.

Cons: Nothing. The only thing we didn’t like was leaving.

Pros: This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in! The service was unbelievable. We have two little ones and the staff were so welcoming and really made us feel at home. It was a perfect location with loads to do round Wall Street, with a subway stop just 3 min walk away. We came back to the hotel in the afternoon and were welcomed with hot cider and cookies - it couldn’t get any better! There was a lovely cosy cocktail bar in the hotel with the best cocktails, and our little ones were welcomed which was great. We will 100% return every time we visit New York!! 10/10
