Great location, comfortable stay.

Pros: The front office and reception staff are super welcoming and accommodating specially Francesca.

Cons: There shall be chillers or fridges inside the rooms.

Comfortable 3* near Wall St

Pros: Clean hotel, kind people, fitness, close to underground

Cons: Noisy heating (fan) in room: had to switch of at night; restaurant Wuish: very small portion of main course, soupe was so spicy that it was inedible to me, dark , expensive

Pros: Really good value. 5 minutes from a main subway station and very close to 9/11 museums, statue of livery tours and Wall Street. Nothing fancy but modern enough and clean and coffee in the morning in the foyer is a nice touch

Pros: Our stay was brilliant. All the staff were really nice and made a huge effort making the room clean. The room was small and very cozy, also very nice and clean. We fully recommend the stay at the Four points by Sheraton hotel for anybody who is thinking about going to New York.

An Excellent Downtown Choice - Recommended

Pros: An excellent hotel in the Wall Street financial district at a great price for NYC. Rooms are well equipped, warm, quiet & immaculately clean. Special thanks to the receptionist who checked me in way before the official check in time & provided me with coffee & pastries while I waited for a room to be ready. She also upgraded me to a high floor room. Absolutely outstanding service & she is a credit to the hotel.

Cons: Nothing - my stay was faultless

Totally coming back again!

Pros: This hotel was in a great location for not only sight seeing but access to the metro - you could everywhere quickly and it was quiet at night time which is what you need after being on your feet all day - loved the grab and go drinks too and the staff are lovely.

Cons: I can’t fault it - it was clean and accessible and superb location

Great

Pros: Great friendly stuff and our only criticism was the view out of the 24th floor was somebody else's apartment in a building opposite so I think it would be luck of the drawer on what views you get. Great Hotel however and would use again.
