Pros: Location was great. Room was large and clean, and staff were very friendly, efficient, and helpful.
Cons: In addition to the complimentary coffee, it would be great if tea and creamers were offered in the room.

Good enough for a late booking in Dowtown NYC
Pros: Great location not far from Wall St subway. The room was a suite - think we got that by booking late but not overpriced for the area vs a double or twin room. Very nice helpful man on reception.
Cons: This area is bound to be expensive so value for money felt a little compromised I think because the suite, though spacious and comfortable with a good kitchenette was actually a little basic.

Nostalgic and Serene at Wall Street
Pros: The Eurostars HOtel is in a great locaiton which is easily walkable and near to a Delhi and good places to eat. The bed is very comfortabe and Facundo and team at reception are very friendly and accmoodating. The breakfast has a good selection and tea and water are provided in the lobby which iwas also left a view things in the room when i left and these things were kept safely for me until i came to pick them up.
Cons: The elevator is slow and shaky as it is an older building and only one elevator was working. The decor is dated but charming.

Perfect stay in good location
Pros: Nice big room (5p) in a good NY location. Sofa bed was already made (nice plus!) Clean and quiet.

Pros: Good location in lower Manhattan, rooms quite spacious & comfortable, very friendly staff.
Cons: It’s a little frayed around the edges & decoratively tired, not a big deal for us (as a group of lads) but may affect other potential guests..

Pros: I had a wonderful encounter with the receptionist Mr.Facundo. He was calm and good smiling, and he not only responded to my request, but also was very kind as a person. The fatigue of my trip was relieved at once.Ms. Melisa, who was in charge of breakfast, was also kind and attentive.In the centre of the big city of New York, They were full of hospitality which helped my depressed heart. They are true hoteliers. I had this good experience, and so I ‘ve truly love New York.

Felt like home
Pros: Amazing people by the reception, really helping any time we needed it. Location is great, so closed to all the transportation and so quite at night. The room we had was big, little kitchen, living room, bath, bedroom. We thought by other comments that breakfast would not be good, so we did not take the breakfast option and went out for the first morning to eat outside, turns out breakfast was ok, they have the basics, but that it is enough for us. Eggs, hams and cheeses, fruit, cereals, yogurts, breads, avocado, sweets.. was perfect to start the day to just have breakfast in the hotel. Good cleaning service.
Cons: I would say to lower the temperature on the hall. We were in floor 4 and every time we left the room to go to the elevator it was a sauna. Would be nice to re paint the walls and change some furniture.
