Comfortable bed and clean, spacious room

Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean and spacious. A bottled water was given upon check-in. Free internet. Responsive staff.

Cons: The lock area of the door looked scratched, so I didn't feel that safe as a solo traveler. I wish they fixed it. The stairs to the entrance are a bit difficult for heavy luggage.

Great stay in lower manhattan

Pros: Good location, friendly staff, comfy bed and clean rooms.

Cons: Sometimes it takes long to get the lift as there are only two for a lot of floors.

Agreable stay in an impressive city

Pros: - Superb location near Wall Street, Brooklyn Bridge and East River - Nice restaurants and breakfast options near the hotel e.g. Hole in the Wall for breakfast - With the subway a few blocks away you reach other places of interest in short time - comfortable beds - helpful staff at reception

Cons: - the rooms are relatively small and have no facilities to put our big luggage on it

Great value hotel in financial district.

Pros: Location is great. Super central to Wall St and handy to teach the subway and other areas of Manhattan. Lovely and clean, quite modern with all the expected facilities. Wifi was good the whole time.

Cons: Room wasn’t cleaned every day despite asking for this. The elevators were also very slow and it wasn’t clear where the stairs were. We waited a lot of time waiting on lifts.

Pros: This is our second time staying here and we hope to wha again. We love the Financial District as a place to stay, it feels like New York but without the chaos, quite a peaceful area! And the hotel is great, we love it!
