Pros: There was a bar, and you had daily vouchers. Right out the window was timesquare. Amazing view. The room was quite big for NYC.

Cons: The curtains are not blockout. Looking down on time square, the city that never sleeps. Well, you have to sleep sometime, and it's actually brighter at 3.00am than at lunchtime. The bathroom is made up of frosted glass walls & doors with no rubber stoppers. Everytime you shut the door, you think it's going to smash. And, why is everything in the common areas black. Show the beauty of the structure.

Pros: Location was fabulous. Staff were extremely attentive, kind, friendly and efficient.

Cons: The daily complimentary $40 was generous, however it did result in hidden expenses for us.

Pros: Top location, amazing staff, clean and tidy room, gym was good, restaurant and bar too. Everyone reliable and friendly. Subway in 10 meters.

Cons: A bit noisy at night but my room was overlooking Times Square. It didn’t affect my sleep anyway.

Pros: The room was great would have been a struggle if there had have been 2 of us however. the room was comfortable, with easy to use electronics. the best thing about the hotel was the smell, and the hand soap was amazing, looking right now online to buy the same for my house.
