Pros: The roof top bar is stunning and the location is perfect.

Cons: Not all of the rooms have good views, but that is okay.

I really enjoyed my stay.

Pros: Location was very good. Not far from Central Park. And Time Square was also in the walking distance. The check-in and check-out were very quick. Staff was very helpful.

Cons: Everything was done quite well. They accommodated my family of 4 in one room at a reasonable price for New York. I wish there were better options for my son and daughter though in terms of having separate beds.

Convenient because of location, but also due to great service offered by the hotel

Pros: Mr. Sonam Chosgial, of the concierge desk was very helpful and went out of his way to help with expediting post that was going to arrive late and tips on attractions in the city. Very knowledgeable ad well as helpful. His efforts helped in deciding that we will not look at other hotels when choosing to return to NYC

Cons: When the left lift broke, it could take quite long to use the other lift

Nice stay overall.

Pros: Very centric. Comfortable bed and good shower. Great pillows! I slept very well there.

Cons: We stayed 9 nights there and ordered the almond croissant for 7 breakfasts. Out of the 7, only 2 days it was good, the rest was quite dry. Our room for three days, the house keepers didn't clean it. When I called, you they sent someone to clean after several calls.

Great location and friendly staff

Pros: Roof top place was a great pleasure. Staff was very friendly and polite. Front desk service was great and all our room service and support was very prompt.

Cons: Reception lobby AC was very chilly for our comfort. Could not seat there long :)
